Privacy notice

Who we are
Pallene Events is an event planning business based in Halkidiki, Greece. For any question about this notice or about the information we hold, contact us at hello@palleneevents.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us. If you complete the enquiry form, that is your name, email address, and any of the following you choose to provide: phone number, the type of event, your preferred date, guest numbers, location, budget range, how you heard about us, and your message.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. Site analytics are aggregated and cookieless, so no individual visitor is identified.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to work with us, to plan and deliver your event. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and thereafter our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.
Where it goes
Enquiries are checked for automated abuse and then delivered to our email inbox. Both steps are carried out by third-party processors acting on our instructions; the abuse check inspects the submission and your network address but does not retain the content of your message. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else except suppliers directly involved in an event you have asked us to plan.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within two years. Records relating to events we have delivered are kept for as long as necessary to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our using it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@palleneevents.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
